"Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment, so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people, and he will appear a second time not to bear sin but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him."

Hi I'm Al Hoffman, current pastor at Trinity E.C. Church. I'm an industrial engineer by training and a pastor by God's calling. We moved to Terre Hill in July 2002 in answer to that call. The 'we' is my wife of 31 years Patsy and our granddaughter Lexi. I became a Christian in 1978 after being invited to a bible study in a home. There I found out what God's Word said about salvation, that I needed to 'receive' Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I've been serving ever since. This past July through a job layoff, I was presented with the opportunity here in Terre Hill to obey Gods calling on a full-time basis. Praise God. As printed on our home page, we are a community of believers who have a heart for our community. If you currently do not have a church we would covet your visit with us on a Sunday morning or Wednesday evening. My number is (717) 445-9756 if you have any questions.

Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of Gods' mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God---this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is---his good, pleasing, and perfect will.
Romans 12:1-2
Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.
I Timothy 4:12

Hello!
My name is Josh Good, and I'm the youth director at Trinity. Trinity has partnered with Bridgeville E.C. church (along 322 in Narvon) for its youth program so I'm part time...at two churches. Which is more than a full time job!
I'm in my early twenties and am a newly married man...as of October 2008!! My wife has been a member of Trinity for many years. Before married/youth director life, I attended Garden Spot ('04 alum!) and was invoved with awesomly-dorky things like the rifle team and model UN-club, as well as early birds, lifting, and learning! I then went on to earn a degree in history from Lycoming College, graduating in '08. My wife and I, along with our menagerie of animals, live close to Reading.
Our youth meet wednesday nights @ 7pm, alternating weeks between Trinity and Bridgeville. Wednesdays are a good mix between fun and seriousness. We play games, do pointlessly crazy activities, learn about the bible, worship, eat snack, etc.You can expect an hour and a half of good time! You, if you're human and somewhere in between 7th grade and a year out of high school, are welcome to come!!
